Yesterday,my colleague caught the last rat that have been hiding in our office.

It was still alive,squeaky & all.

Poor rat.=(
It looks so cute.

This is a new modern trap that doesn't harm the rat unless it struggles.

The cardboard is layered with a form of special glue.

When a rat run pass,the fur will stick to the glue.

At least it is better than those cruel mouse trap.

Back training was pretty good today.

Did my usual cardio.=D

Prepared my lunch & dinner last night.

Completely didnt know what I was cooking.LOL.

Just put a few stuff & cook.

Here's my $2 daiso bag that I bought quite awhile back but didn't really utilise it.
I find that it's pretty good.=D

Wont be able to testify whether it does keep food warm/cold because my food is usually room temperature when I put them in.=D

MMMM!chicken,marinated with teriyaki & pepper if I'm not wrong.
I haven't tried it yet.=D

With cabbage,carrot & tomato.
Added chilli flakes as well.

Have been trying to catch up on my sleep this few days.=D
