Yesterday my boss came back from Hainan Island & bought two goodies for us.

The so called " 4 famous fruits from Hainan".
The 4 famous fruits are :mango,jackfruit,coconut & banana!=D

He also bought us Hainan coconut milk coffee which I drank it in the morning.
Had a hint of coconut taste but not very thick.
I prefer my Nescafe Rich.=D

I realise that I've not worked in big offices before.=D

So far I've worked 2 office jobs & the offices are not big.

I wonder how it feels like to work in a big office.=D

Morning,I had my back workout,I suddenly realise that I've been neglecting certain part of the body eg,top of my back.

I need to slowly incorporate those workout that enable me to target some of the small muscle groups.
