It has been more than one year since I last blogged.
Have been really busy with school work gym.
Once school starts in September, it will become even more hectic.
It has been 3 years since I started working and studying at the same time.
It hasnt been easy. But time really flies and I have been doing it for 3 yrs! =D
Hopefully one year more & I can graduate!
For the last one year, I have changing my way of lifestyle completely.
Packing my daily lunch and even dinner to work has helped a great deal in ensuring that I keep to my diet.
In the past, eating was an enjoyment. I love food and enjoy eating. But deep inside I felt sad, I was fat,ugly and had no self confident. I felt inferior.
Having this lifestyle has definitely helped a great deal in boosting my self esteem.I feel more confident and I am definitely more happy. =D
Bb and I have lost weight and have made pretty significant changes to how we look.
Many people have guided us along the way.If it wasnt for them, we would not look how we look like now. We learned from our mistakes on the way and slowly find out what works best for us.
Every body is different and works differently.What works for one might not work for the other. :)
My body is carb-sensitive. I was on leave for 2 weeks to study for my exams. after the 2 weeks, my colleagues could actually tell I gained some weight. I am someone with emotional eating habits.
I eat when I am happy and I eat when I feel sad. I am so glad that this new lifestyle has kept my diet and health in check. Otherwise, I will be eating cakes,drinking bubble tea everyday! =D
How I have changed over the years:

With proper nutrition and guidiance in exercise, it is definitely possible.
This is Bb's transformation:
He went from fat to thin to fat and to muscular. I am really proud of him! He is even more strict in his diet than mine.
We went through the journey together and honestly, it is not that difficult once you have someone with you who is going through the same thing.
I am still human and I still do crave for sweet treats like cakes, ice creams.
However,I leave these special treats on special days like birthdays,anniversary or celebrations.
We used to buffet alot. We still do now. But we have self control over what we eat.
Food is the worst addiction because we eat it every single day.
I have spoke to people who are overweight.
I wanted to help people to lose weight.
But what surprises me is that to some people, they dont mind being obese.
They dont feel the need to lose weight.
Some felt that since everyone will die at the end, they rather die happily eating all of their favourite food.
It is time to take ownership of your own health. :)
